Panelist on Industrial Demand Response: Sam Chant

Sam is a Project Manager with Southern California’s Tariff Program and Service. He is currently leading the Technical Assistance and Technology Incentive Auto Demand Response program.  In his current role, he is responsible for reviewing and approving incentives applications.  He is also responsible for customer’s support for project development, Auto Demand Response technology education, development and identification, and program development.  Prior to coming to SCE, Sam has extensive plant management experience in the chemical and industrial gas industry where he had implemented numerous Energy Efficiency and Demand Response projects.  Sam served 10 years in the US Navy on board several nuclear submarines.  Sam holds a bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business.
