Xavier Wartelle

Xavier Wartelle is the General Manager at PRIME Inc., where his responsibilities are to lead PRIME to promote and develop innovation in the Paris region with American partners. Xavier is the  CEO of Hubtech21, a service company that implements and accelerates growth plan for European Tech SMEs in the US. Xavier is driven by a passion for technology and entrepreneurship and a love for both France and America.
Xavier is a serial entrepreneur who has started multiple successful high tech ventures between France and the USA. Xavier’s career spans over 27 years of executive leadership in startups and mature companies, in networking, telecommunication, VoIP, wireless, enterprise software, internet businesses and semi-conductors. He currently serves on the board of several organizations and companies: Shogunmoto – a French e-commerce company, Presto Engineering – a Silicon Valley semi-conductor company, AFAM – a non-profit organization and Arts et Métiers ParisTech – a leading French engineering school.
Prior to joining PRIME, Xavier was the US representative of Expway and Ipanto (acquired by Infoblox). Before that, Xavier was co-founder and CEO of Brixlogic a provider of SOA solutions for the financial industry (acquired by Diebold). Xavier was COO and SVP Business Development of NetCentrex a leading supplier of a VoIP service platform until its acquisition by Comverse.
Previously, Xavier served as CEO of Thomson-CSF Enterprise Networks and in various international positions within Thomson-CSF (now Thales). Xavier holds an engineering degree from Ecole Nationale des Arts et Métiers, Paris.
