Pauline Carmona, Consul General of France – French Consulate in San Francisco

Pauline Carmona holds a diploma from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Institute of Political Studies of Paris) and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (National School of Administration-1997). She joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1997 and served first in Hong Kong as Deputy Consul General then in Tokyo as political counselor. Before assuming her position as Consul General in San Francisco in September 2014, she was at the Ministry’s Human Resources Department.
